Bill Dornblaser played water polo for the US at the 1952 Olympics. He was a member of the bronze medal winning team at the 1951 Pan American Games. Dornblaser attended El Segundo High School and then El Camino College. In that era he was a Los Angeles County lifeguard, but he later opened his own car dealership, Bill Dornblaser Car Dealership.
