Roger-Claude Guignard was a Swiss sailor who represented Club Nautique Morgien. Guignard, Robert Perret, and helmsman Jean-François Corminboeuf competed in the three-person keelboat race at the 1980 Moskva Olympics. The Swiss team had their best result in the second race with a fourth-place finish, finishing seventh overall after the completion of the seven races.
