Biography

Thomas Skinner finished seventh in the 8-metre open class aboard Feo at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics. His fellow crew members were Tom Riggs, Philip Falle, and the three Roney siblings, Margaret (owner of Feo), Esmond and Ernest.

In 1923-24, Skinner was the owner of the 8-ton clipper Scylla, which was previously owned by his fellow Olympian Ernest Roney. Skinner, and Scylla, won the Shortlands Challenge Cup at the 1923 Clacton Regatta.
