Biography
Austrian sprinter Fritz Fleischer was Austrian champion in the 100 metres (1911, 1913, 1914, 1919, and 1920) and with the 4×100 metres relay (1920). At the 1912 Stockholm Olympics he was eliminated in the heats of the 100 and 200 metres, and the 4x100 metres relay. Fleischer was deported from Wien (Vienna) by the Nazis in 1943 to Terezín, and the Theresienstadt Ghetto, and was murdered the same year.
Personal Bests: 100 – 10.8 (1913); 200 – 22.6 (1913).
