Denmark’s Kai Jensen was a track and field athlete who represented KIF Atletik in København. Jensen won ten Danish championships during his career with victories in the 4 x 100 metres relay (1920, 1922–26), the 400 metres (1923–24, 1926), and the 800 metres (1924). He ran in the 400 metres and the 800 metres at the 1924 Paris Olympics, reaching the quarter-finals and the semi-finals, respectively. He was also part of the Danish quartet that ran in the 4 × 100 metres relay where again he reached the semi-finals. Jensen died in May 1997 at the age of 100.
