Taisto Laitinen was a Finnish pole vaulter who represented FC Haka. Laitinen won the silver medal at the Nordic Championships in 1963 and at the Kaleva Games in both 1963 and 1964. At the 1964 Tokyo Olympics he finished in 14th place after clearing the qualifying height of 4.60 metres, but failing to clear 4.70 metres in the final.
