Alberto Reynoso was known as “Big Boy” because of his strong upper body and big legs. He is considered one of the greatest ever Filipino hoopsters. He played primarily with the Toyota team and played in the 60s and early 70s with the Manila Industrial and Commercial Athletic Association before entering the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) in 1975.
