Sprinter Rosa Kellner won a sprint relay bronze medal at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics together with Leni Schmidt, Anni Holdmann and Leni Junker. The relay team set one world record with 49.8 shortly before the Games. As a participant at the 1930 Women’s World Games she finished fifth in the 60 and won the gold medal in the 4×100 together with non-Olympians Luise Holzner, Agathe Karrer, and Lisa Gelius. Domestically Kellner earned national relay titles from 1928-30. By profession she was a bookkeeper.
