Biography

Mexican track and field athlete Fernando Ortiz competed in sprint races in the 1930s. Ortiz ran in the 100 metres at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics where he reached the quarter-finals. He was also scheduled to run in the 200 metres and the 4 x 100 metres relay but did not start in either race.
