George Dustan was a South African sprinter who competed at the 1924 Paris Olympics. Dustan ran in both the 100 and 200 metres where he reached the quarter-finals in each race. Along with Toby Betts, Howard Kinsman, and Christiaan Steyn, he also ran in the 4 × 100 metres relay, with the South African quartet reaching the semi-finals.
