Eric Grimbeek was a South African track and field athlete who specialised as a sprinter. Grimbeek ran in the 100 and 200 metres at the 1936 Berlin Olympics where he reached the quarter-finals and semi-finals, respectively. Along with Pat Dannaher, Tom Lavery, Marthinus Theunissen, he was also part of the quartet that ran in the 4 × 100 metres relay.
