Turkish politician Şekip Engineri was a member parliament and a member of the Republican People’s Party (CHP). Engineri worked in multiple roles during his career, often in the capacity of an advisor to various press agencies. He was also a sprinter, running in the 100 metres at the 1924 Paris Olympics, but he was eliminated in his heat.
