Viktor Myasnikov was a Soviet track and field athlete who competed in the hurdles. Myasnikov began his career in the mid-1960s and went on to be one of the best hurdlers in the country during the next decade. He became a four-time USSR champion in the 110 metres hurdles (1972, 1974–76), in addition to winning back-to-back indoor titles in the 60 metres hurdles in 1975 and 1976.

At the Games he ran in the 110 metres hurdles but did not advance from the heats. Also in 1976 Myasnikov made his second appearance at the Olympics, where he finished eighth in the final of the 110 metres hurdles in Montréal. After retiring from athletics he worked as a coach in Minsk.
