Pam Page ran hurdles for the University of Missouri and Iowa Wesleyan College. She was the 1984 NCAA champion in the high hurdles, and in 1985 won the TAC 100 hurdles. Page represented the US at the 1983 World Championships, the 1985 World Indoor Championships, and the 1985 World Cup. She is the sister of hurdler Nat Page, and later in her career, represented the Los Angeles Track Club.
Pam Page competed at the US Olympic Trials in 1980, 1984, and 1988, finishing fifth in 1980, and not qualifying out of the semi-finals in 1988. In 1984, she finished third in one of the closest finishes in track & field history when the top four finishers in the event were all within 0.01 seconds of each other, with the winner, (Kim Turner), timed in 13.12 and the next three finishers, including Page, in 13.13.
