Biography

Figure skater Herta Frey-Dexler was born in Wien and represented both Austria and Switzerland in international competitions. In 1935 Frey-Dexler competed for Austria in the ladies singles at both the World and European championships, where she finished 6th and 11th, respectively. The following year she competed for Switzerland at the 1936 Garmisch-Partenkirchen Olympics, finishing 19th in the singles. In 1937 Frey-Dexler finished as the runner-up in the singles at the Swiss Figure Skating Championships.
