Biography
Tom Barnes was from Dover, Delaware, where he played three sports at Caesar Rodney High School – football, basketball, and track. He had a brief bobsled career, competing only in 1983-84. In 1984 he was in the US Air Force, where he worked as a fire fighter and was stationed in New York.
