Jack Dale skated for the University of Minnesota, graduating in 1968. He had a short career playing minor league hockey. He played in 1967-67 for the Minnesota Nationals of the US Hockey League, was with the Johnstown Jets of the Eastern Hockey League in 1967-69, and from 1969-71, was with the Seattle Totems of the Western Hockey League.
