Biography

Scott Gregory was an American ice dancer, who competed with Eliza Spitz and Suzanne Semanick. Gregory and Spitz were second at the 1983 US Championships, and third in 1982 and 1984. They competed in three World Championships with their best finish seventh in 1983. Gregory then switched to skating with Semanick. They were third at the Nationals in 1985, second in 1986 and won the US title in 1987-88. They also competed at three World Championships, finishing fifth in 1986-87. Gregory retired from competition because of back injuries. He later married former figure skater, Pam Duane Gregory, who has become a well-known coach, mostly known for coaching Kimmie Meissner to the 2006 World Championship in singles.
