Biography

Louis Grogna won the Belgian professional sprint title in 1899. He also won the Grand Prix d’Angers in both 1901 and 1903. Grogna twice competed at the World Championships in the sprint, in 1898 and 1905, but did not place either time. He was a three-time runner-up at the Grand Prix de l’UVF – in 1898, 1899, and 1902.
