Harry Burt competed in the 1932 curling demonstration events. He competed with the Connecticut team, although Burt was originally from upstate New York. He was a member of the Utica Curling Club. Burt came to Utica as a youth and later owned and operated the H. E. Burt Lumber Company, retiring in 1955. He served on the board of the St. Luke’s Memorial Hospital Center.
