Clarence Williams competed in the 1932 curling demonstration events. He was on the New York team that finished tied for sixth. Williams was a member of the Utica Curling Club.
Williams graduated from MIT and then moved to Flint, Michigan with Western Mott Company, before settling in Utica where he founded Williams Steel and Rim Company. He later served as treasurer of the Industrial Association of the Mohawk Valley.
