Russian-born British painter, draughtsman and printmaker Alec Pecker specialized in portraits and figure studies. He studied at the St. Martin’s School of Art and at the Central School of Arts and Crafts. Pecker was born under the Russian name Elia Pekaroff but changed it when immigrating to Britain.
