Bohumil Kněžek was an architect who studied at the Czechoslovak University of Technology from 1920-1925. He designed and planned a number of buildings, mainly in Praha, often with Josef Václavík. Their works included villas, schools and office buildings. Kněžek’s designs were highly influenced by the functionalism style. He later emigrated to the United States.
