Kim Bong-Su was a South Korean professional tennis player who competed in the Davis Cup from 1984 to 1990. Kim won the bronze medal in the singles at the 1985 Summer Universiade and two golds and a silver at the Asian Games the following year. In 1988 he had his best Grand Slam performance when he reached the first round at the Australian Open. Later that year he competed in the singles and doubles at the 1988 Seoul Olympics where he reached the third round in the singles with an upset victory against Henri Leconte of France in round two.
