Paul Teti unusually rowed the lightweight four at the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games, and then was in the heavyweight four crew at Beijing in 2008. He won a gold in the lightweight four at the 1999 Pan American Games. His international experience started at the 1994 and 1995 World Junior Championships, both in lightweight boats. He competed at five World Championships (1997-99, 2002-03), all in the lightweight four.
Teti rowed at Princeton University. He went into real estate, working with Normandy Real Estate Partners from 2004-20, and then was an executive vice-president of Columbia Property Trust in 2020-22. In 2022 he founded Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners in New York City, a private investment firm focused on real estate opportunities across diversified asset classes.
