Canadian-born Robin Sadler was an Austrian ice hockey defence and member of the Olympic national team at the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics. The team was eliminated in the group stage and finished ninth. He won 13 international caps and scored seven points (two goals + five assists).
Domestically, Sadler played with HC Salzburg, Innsbrucker EV, Kapfenberger SV, and Wiener EV. He also played briefly with Feenstra Flyers Heerenveen in the Netherlands. Although he was drafted in 1975 for the North American NHL and WHA pro leagues, he never played there.
