Karol Szenajch played for Legia Warszawa, winning the 1933 Polish Championship in a tie with Pogonią Lwów. He played for Poland at three World Championships (1930-31, 1933) and was part of the team that won the 1928 World Students’ Championships. For the St. Moritz Winter Olympics, Szenajch was initially considered a reserve player, but he played the second game against Czechoslovakia. Nationally, he played one year for WTL Warszawa (1926-27) before joining Legia Warszawa until 1935. In 1932 he graduated from the Warszawa University of Technology with a degree in electrical engineering. When World War II broke out, Szenajch was onboard a ship returning from the World Exhibition in New York, when the ship returned to Montréal, where he stayed in exile and eventually died.
