César Bonoris had the following podium finishes at major championships: 1st in the 1951 Pan American Games team (with Jorge Soler, Pedro Lonchibuco, Enrique Rapesta, Juan Caviglia, Roberto Núñez, and the non-Olympians Mario Fizbein and Ovidio Ferrari), 3rd in the 1951 Pan American Games horizontal bars, 3rd in the 1955 Pan American Games team (with Enrique Rapesta, Juan Caviglia, and the non-Olympians Joaquín Sbikowsky, Ovidio Ferrari, Martín Carranza, Mario Fizbein, and Jaroslaw Slanina), 3rd in the 1959 Pan American Games team (with Juan Caviglia and the non-Olympians Martín Carranza, Bautista Di Giacomo, Ricardo Licenciato, and José Flecha).
