Marc Schneider rowed at the University of Washington. He rowed for the US in the four at the 1996 and 2000 Olympics, winning a bronze medal in 1996. Schneider also won a gold in the four at the 1999 Pan American Games and competed at two World Championships, in 1995 and 1999.
Schneider later worked with Global IT Business Partnership in the Seattle area, and then worked with Tata Communications as a director of service management and operations.
