John Treloar had the following podium finishes at major championships: 1st in the 1950 British Empire Games 100 yards, 1st in the 1950 British Empire Games 220 yards, 1st in the 1950 British Empire Games 4×110 yards Relay (with the non-Olympians Scotchy Gordon, David Johnson, and Bill de Gruchy).
