Harry Weston and his older brother Stanley both played for Great Britain in the 1948 basketball competition. Harry played in three of Britain’s seven matches, and played alongside Stanley in just one game, the final classification match against Ireland. Harry was honoured by the Warwickshire Basketball Association, who named the Harry Weston Trophy after him.
