Noodang Phimphoo was Thailand’s leading femal 400 m runner from 1991 to 1995. She was a member of the team that won bronze in 4×400 m at the Asian Championships in 1991 and 1995 and the Asian Games 1994. Her best individual placing was 4th in the Asian Championship in 400 m 1995. After competing in the Olympics in 1992, she also ran the 400 m in the World Championship 1994.
