Harvey Hincks played in the basketball tournament that was held during the 1904 St. Louis Olympics. He played for the Turner Tigers team that finished last in the tournament. Turner Tigers, a Los Angeles based team, lost to the Buffalo Germans 77-6, and to the St. Louis Central YMCA 24-12, and then defaulted their remaining games. Hincks was a Canadian native who was still a Canadian citizen at the time of the 1904 Olympic Games.
