The Centro Caribe Sports is a confederation of National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of the Central American and Caribbean region. It is the oldest association of NOCs, having been founded on 4 July 1924 as the Central American and Caribbean Sports Association (CACSO). They contest the Central American and Caribbean Games, which are the oldest Regional International Games, having first been held in 1926.
As of January 2026, 38 NOCs are currently affiliated to the organization. The Netherlands Antilles have been the 38th member, but they are not eligible to compete anymore after 2010. Its headquarters is in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and its current president is Luis Mejía Oviedo, also from the Dominican Republic. The name of the organization was Organización Deportiva Centroamericana y del Caribe (ODECABE) until 2026, when it changed to Centro Caribe Sports.
