William Murray won the Irish AAA 220y from 1908-10. He finished last in his 100m heat at the 1908 Olympics. His brothers, Denis and Jack, also competed in the 1908 Olympics. Murray was second on the 1904 world list for 220 yards with 22.3, run in Glasgow on 13 August.
