Bosatta repeated the performance four years later at the Tokyo Games, but this time he was stroke to the coxed fours. His last Olympic race was at the 1968 Mexico City Games when he led the coxless fours, alongside Baraglia, Pier Angelo Conti-Manzini and Abramo Albini, to the bronze medal, behind the East German and Hungarian crews.
